I’m increasingly curious about the role of *time* in design. How do we factor it in? It seems to me that we tend to allow the business to drive timelines…yet projects are constantly going over time. I recently read an insightful comment that everything that is alive today is ‘perfectly’ evolved for now. It has taken *time* and many many iterations to get the design to the stage we see today. What would it look like if we were more considered about the nature of the things and experiences we are designing? What if business/community need and demand were not the only considerations when we think of time?
